Activities
The event will run from 6pm – 9pm and you’re welcome to stay either side of those times.
Our main game of the evening will be Rainbow Bingo. Climbs will be tagged with various pride flags, send your choices and add them to your bingo card. The game finishes with a normal round of bingo, with prizes up for grabs!
There will be some off-piste problems for everyone to try – off-piste means anything from partner climbs, or unusual holds, to rope swings!
We will be serving vegan chilli to keep you fuelled throughout the evening and to give you a chance to sit down and get to know your fellow queer climbers and the community.
As this is a social event the focus will be on meeting like-minded people and getting to know our LGBTQ+ community. You’re in control of how much and how hard you climb, and bingo problems will start from VB (suitable for beginners) so everyone can be included. Allies are also welcome to support our celebration.

Will the centre be open as normal?
Yes, we’ll be open as normal, customers that are not taking part in Pride will be in the building as well.
Can I just come and watch?
Everyone coming into the centre must purchase an entry or ticket, even if not taking part. The only exception to this is Parents or Guardians who are supervising a child. In this instance they do not need to purchase a ticket, but do still need to complete a waiver.
I’ve never climbed before, am I still able to come?
Absolutely! The centre has routes designed for complete beginners and an instructor will be on hand for any questions.
