How it Works

Similar to Hubfest, our seasonal event will be a fun competition, and as it’s during the festive period we encourage you to come in your best festive fancy dress!

Held in the Hub at Central, the comp climbs will range in difficulty from novice to advanced. We’ll also be putting up some creative ‘off-piste’ boulders – these could range from unusual holds to rope swings!

When: 17th December 2025
What time: 6pm-9pm

All participants will be eligible to enter for £10 (if you already have a 3/6 month pass, or recurring membership with Rock Over Climbing you can come for free!).  Please pay or reserve your space in advance by clicking the link above.

Will the Centres be open as normal?

Yes, we’ll be open as normal but only ticket holders can take part in the competition

I’ve never taken part in a competition, will I be able to climb anything?

Absolutely! The climbs will start at VB which is accessible for everyone, including complete beginners.

Can I just come and watch?

Everyone coming into the centre must purchase an entry or ticket, even if not taking part. The only exception to this is Parents or Guardians who are supervising a child. In this instance they do not need to purchase a ticket, but do still need to complete a waiver.
